Ingredients
Dried Fish
Fresh White Fish (Caught of the day)
Olive Oil
Salt
Lemon-Pepper (very important)
Celery
Tomato Sauce (can)
Fennikel
Oignons
Garlic
Sambal Oelek
Lemon-Pepper (don't forget)
White Wine
Lot of Water
Preparation
Step 0
Go out and fish something good ! We'll work with what we have, but try to catch a good one !
Step 1
Cut everything in small pieces ! Onions, Garlic, Celery, Fennel, small pieces of everything please. Even the Dried Fish if you have some, in small pieces.
After cleaning your fresh Fish, you can cut it in nice even pieces, not too small but not too big. Just Fish Soup size.
Step 2
Olive Oil in a huge pot, cook the Onions & Garlic first for the taste. Then, put all the vegetables into the pot to cook !
Step 3
Add the Tomato Sauce as well as Water. Then, you can add Sambal Oelek, Salt, a little bit of Wine and Lemon-Pepper to taste.
Step 4
Put medium heat and add the Fish. Dried fish adds a lot of taste so use it wisely. It shouldn't really boil but be quite warm for quite some time, to really take the tastes in.
Step 5
There you go ! You have yourself a Fish Soup ! Enjoy it and keep sailing !
